Like you, we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and we are adjusting as needed to the changing conditions so that we can always be ready to respond.

We have taken extra precautions to protect our CSI employees while continuing to serve your needs without interruption. Extra cleaning protocols were put in place and necessary supplies have been provided on a continual basis. Our monitoring center has a multi-step contingency plan in place to ensure 100% uptime, and our CSI technicians are utilizing technology in new and creative ways when an in-person consultation just isn’t possible.
